Hello and thanks for stopping by!

I’m Kayla Kent-Jarvis… registered massage therapist

specializing in perinatal care, certified birth and postpartum doula, certified childbirth educator and certified yoga teacher practicing in the sunshine city Orillia, Ontario.

I look forward to hearing from you so I can help support you in one of the most memorable journeys of your life.

In all my time treating and working with pregnant people, it is very rare that I hear things like "I love pregnancy", "I feel amazing" or "I can't wait to do this again"and I just want to say that it's okay to not love pregnancy. It's okay to love it as well!

But for those who aren't convinced that it's super magical, I am here to help you enjoy this time as much as possible with all the relief that massage therapy provides.

Home birth, hospital birth, medicated, non medicated...I'm here for it all.

Have you been asking friends, family and chatGPT all of your birth questions and getting some scary answers?

As a birth and postpartum doula I want to remind you what birth can be and how we can work toward a birth that you WANT!

Every birther deserves to be heard and to have all the information and support needed to make decisions that are right for you. I want you to be able to look back at your birth with a smile.

I keep hearing "you should hire a doula"...
