Hello and thanks for stopping by!
I’m Kayla Kent-Jarvis… registered massage therapist
specializing in perinatal care, certified birth and postpartum doula, certified childbirth educator and certified yoga teacher practicing in the sunshine city Orillia, Ontario.
I look forward to hearing from you so I can help support you in one of the most memorable journeys of your life.
Are you curious about this pregnancy glow people seem to talk about?
Let me guess... you're wondering where to find this so called glow and why you are, instead, in pain and
discomfort while trying to grow a tiny human?
Maybe there is some magical way to get these aches and pains to go away. Maybe there is a magical way
to get a good nights sleep again since everyone keeps telling you to sleep now before the baby comes!
You want unfiltered answers to all of your birth and
postpartum questions...
You have soooo many questions...questions about birth and life after birth with your new bundle of joy.
Good ol' Dr. Google is also making you question your questions! Sound familiar? Here is where a doula
or child birth educator comes in. ( Guess what?! I am both of those things!)
As someone who specializes in childbirth education and post-partum doula work and who has given
birth twice, I am happy to answer ALL of the questions. No question is too embarrassing. If I didn't love
talking about birth and post-partum life, I wouldn't have dedicated my career to it.
